Read It: Hebrews 2:1
Live it: The verse for today says; “…listen very carefully to the truth…” Listening implies being actively engaged. If we are actively engaged; we are doing what we are instructed to do.
The opposite of active engagement is neglect. Either we neglect to hear, or we neglect to do what we have heard. Either way, we run the risk of drifting through life. That leads to mediocrity at best and outright moving away from God and the righteous plan he has for our lives at worst. Be careful not to neglect your daily Bible reading, prayer, sharing your faith, and regular engagement with other believers.
