Being a female does not mean that you cannot shine your light as a leader. Deborah’s story is a fantastic example of this. She is a judge during a time when judges were the highest authority in the land. Females and males came to her for leadership. God blessed her endeavors, and the story of Deborah is historically recorded as a female leader, leading men, blessed by God.
Male or Female, culture does not dictate who you are; God does. You are a child of God tasked with letting your light shine. Be like Deborah, and be confident in your calling. Be like Deborah, and shine your light in your leadership. Be like Deborah, and claim the victory!
