In today’s reading, we will look at two individuals who took very different approaches to how they saw God in their lives. As we look at Daniel and Jonah keep in mind where God seems to fall on their priority list.
The story of Daniel is a great example of keeping God over everything else in one’s life. He is willing to risk everything including his life to continue serving and worshiping God. Jonah on the other hand seems to put other things above God, like his preconceived notions of the Ninevites.
As you go through this reading, think about your life and whether you are putting God Over Everything
