Failure and success can be measured in different forms. We strive for success, but we don’t want to account for our failures.
In today’s scriptures, we see a completely different story of Simon Peter: A Simon Peter who fell short vs A Simon Peter who was restored by Grace.
We have all fallen short of God’s glory. We are sinners. But our story doesn’t end there. We are sinners saved by Grace.
I was once lost, but now I am found. I acknowledge that I was lost, but God’s love made a way for me. I have learned from my mistakes. God is not calling you to be perfect but to allow His perfection to be who you are.
We train to be like Jesus!
Success is acknowledging that you failed but it’s also understanding that God’s Grace is sufficient for us.
