There have been numerous passages of scripture that have radically changed my life. Many of you hear them regularly at Focus Church every Sunday.
This passage is one of them.
I didn’t grow up with generosity in my heart. I’ll be completely honest. Just like everyone, I can be pretty selfish. But when this passage got a hold of me, everything began to change.
I know that God has a good life in store for me, but I was the one holding back that good life. I wasn’t sowing into goodness; I was sowing into selfishness.
I decided to start giving consistently. I needed to start sowing into the life that God had for me. I wasn’t where I needed to be, but I was on my way.
