We all face temptations, and in this chapter, Jesus shows us that He also faced them. He was able to overcome temptations and avoid sin by knowing the Bible and living out the tools it provides (Read it, Live it).
In this chapter, He begins His public ministry by proclaiming the Year of Jubilee. What does this mean for us? It means that He will release the captives, He will heal the blind, and He will free us from oppression! It’s time to take full advantage of the tools we have and spread the news that it is indeed a new day and that change is possible!
