Leadership is influence, and you have influence. Often we don’t think we are leaders, and even if we accept that we are leaders, we may not think we are the best leaders. Everyone reading this is a leader, and everyone can improve his leadership capacity. The choices you make as a leader impact others. We will be looking at the foundational choices of leaders, the spiritual disciplines of leaders, and how we implement what we’ve learned to ensure we can set ourselves up to make the right choices everyday.
